The first phase in the master plan for the vibrant Episcopal High School campus is the construction of a parking garage to consolidate the vehicular traffic on one side of the campus. This makes available previously paved land to be developed in subsequent phases that will add education, athletics and fine art facilities. It also allows the campus as a whole to end up with a higher percentage of green space.
